SURFACE BARRIERS
To preserve the freshness and flavor of portioned food, we offer barrier top films for top sealing of trays with the following products: meat and cheese slices, chilled meat, cheese, fish, seafood, sausages and confectionery. We provide solutions by producing combination films from various materials for sealing with thermoformed and finished trays, with possible properties of easy opening and anti-fog. This provides the following benefits: convenience for the consumer, preservation of the product's taste and aroma, and increased shelf life.
FRESH VEGETABLES
For fresh fruits and vegetables, we offer films with macro-perforations for ventilation, which allows to keep food fresh for a long time.
GROCERY
We offer monofilm and laminate packaging for grocery products. The packaging material is characterized by the strength of welds, protects the product from moisture, has low gas permeability and high resistance to punctures and tearing
COFFEE, TEA
For coffee and tea packaging we offer packaging made of combined materials that ensure complete airtightness, are resistant to tearing and puncture, and preserve all the flavor and aroma properties of the product for a long period of time. Additionally, we offer selective matte or glossy varnishing.
LABEL FOR DRINKS
We offer a roll label made of BOPP film processed with high quality flexographic printing up to 8 colors, for labeling PET and PE bottles
DAIRY PRODUCTS
Dairy packaging has high mechanical strength and is endowed with barrier properties to UV rays. The applied printing is characterized by resistance to abrasion from fats and acids or mechanical damage. Welding and sealing capabilities are also important, providing strong welds.
CONFECTIONERY
For confectionery packaging we offer a wide range of monofilms and laminates with flexographic printing. Full-surface or partial matte coating increases the attractiveness of the package. Cold seal can also be used for packaging products that should not be exposed to high temperatures
SANITARY PRODUCTS
Packaging for sanitary products protects them from contamination, mechanical damage and moisture, as well as keeps out light and odors
NON-FOOD PRODUCTS
For the packaging of fertilizers and soils, we offer monofilms and laminates using light-resistant paints and adhesives. Laminates are resistant to aggressive compounds and are able to withstand long shelf life in various weather conditions. The film is used to make bags from 5 to 75 liters.
SNACK
For snack packaging, we offer monofilm packaging or double and triple laminates with high barrier properties to light, water vapor, oxygen and flavors, which have both aluminum and transparent barrier films
DEEP-FROZEN PRODUCTS
For ice cream and frozen products, we offer monofilms and laminates with high bonding strength and reliable joints that are resistant to surface contamination and punctures. Packaging for frozen products can withstand long-term storage at low temperatures, without changing its properties and structure while maintaining the print on the film
OIL AND FAT PRODUCTS
Flexible packaging for oil and fat products and sauces is also made of materials that have high barrier properties: gas, water, grease resistance, light reflectivity, as well as ensure the reliability of welds and guaranteed strength and integrity of packaging
WET WIPES
For the packaging of wet wipes, we offer packaging made of multilayer materials that ensure that the original moisture level of the wipes inside is maintained throughout the entire storage period.
MEAT AND POULTRY
We make bags and laminates for meat and poultry from high-barrier films that are characterized by reliable welds, high heat sealing and impact resistance. They are designed for packaging on high-speed food packaging machines. The packaging ensures product integrity during transportation and storage throughout the entire shelf life.
BREAD AND BAKERY PRODUCTS
For packaging of bakery products we offer monofilm and laminate bags, as well as bags made of film that allows further pasteurization of bread. This type of packaging allows to pack hot products, protects them from damage and is resistant to temperature changes.
